Please review these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the Kipjogging platform, mobile progressive web application, and athletic telemetry services operated by Kipjogging ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kipjogging application and telemetry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the application immediately.
2. Health & Athletic Safety Disclaimer
Physical exercise, distance running, and trail athletics involve inherent risks of injury, cardiovascular strain, and environmental hazards. Kipjogging telemetry metrics, terrain climb guidance, and training logs are for informational and recreational tracking purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice or certified athletic coaching.
Always consult a licensed medical provider prior to beginning high-intensity endurance training. You participate in athletic activities at your own risk.
3. User Accounts & Google Authentication
When creating an account through email registration or Google OAuth, you agree to supply accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and all telemetry activities recorded under your profile.
4. Community Conduct & Content Standards
Users are expected to engage respectfully in social feeds, running clubs, and route discussions. Any harassment, abusive conduct, hate speech, or inappropriate media uploads will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
While we strive for continuous service reliability, cloud synchronization and GPS telemetry may experience temporary disruptions due to network availability or maintenance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kipjogging is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruption.
